West Virginia-1/14/85-Arch A. Moore Governor-Acrylic Letter Opener w/Medallion

Description

This auction is for unique, collectible letter opener in nice vintage condition.  The letter opener
heavy, made of
acrylic  with a nice medallion inside the top part.  The medallion says "State of
West Virginia"
and also says "Montani Semper Liberi" and has a mining scene with two men with
tools and some
guns on the ground....stone in background says "June 20, 1863.  The back
says
"Liberatas R
Fidelitate" and has a beautiful farm scene.  The long part of the handle says
"Arch A. Moore, Jr., Governor January 14, 1985".  ".  It is 9 inches long.
