    Description

    Offering a Vintage Rex 5th Avenue Compact, apparently a souvenir of Washington D. C., with the image of the Capitol Building, decorated with tiny faceted sparkling settings, on the compact lid.  The mirror is intact, the powder puff and some powder still reside in the compact.  The item measures 4" in diameter, the clasp and hinge work fine.  There is some reasonable use wear to the metal on the underside, as shown in accompanying photos.
