Barn fresh and ready to restore or rat out, you be the judge. Overall decent 26'' prewar ballooner bike looking for a new home. This bike has a repaint and rust to boot, but it's ready to ride. Original forks and crank were shot and they were replaced with what you see in the  the pics. THIS IS OFFERED AS IS FOUND SIMPLY BECAUSE IT IS USED.
