Vintage Pink White Glass Sea Shell Powder Makeup Compact Box Dish

Age , where made and made by who is not known.
There is no hinge, i do not believe there ever was a hinge. It was meant to be used as a box / compact. It would be easy to put a hinge on .
Measurements are in pictures.
There is so small chips in the pink paint on inside under lid. Bottom part is not painted.
There is no chips or cracks in glass.
I dont think this was a soap dish originally bevause of size plus the inside would have a different feel to it.
I do not know if the powder puff is original but it fits nicely. The puff does have a stain on top under the satin ribbon.
