This item is preowned and shows signs of normal wear and use in the form scratches, scuffing, paint chips, dinging, and light rust throughout the body of the item. The bike is fully functional, but does need a whole new rim, wheel and tube for the front end. It is a 22.5 frame. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
