Vintage Miniature Powder Compact RIPLEY & GOWEN CO. Art Nouveau Styled

This is a wonderful Art nouveau styled miniature powder compact in white metal and pink and black enamel. It is by the company Ripley & Gowens Co. Attleboro, Mass. It is very thin but inside it has a sifter, the original pad (unused) and a refill label. The back lifts to have a metal mirror. The middle of the cover has a lady's head in a bonnet. The tooling is excellent on the case. It is cirled by a twisted white metal ring. The enamel is in very good condition with no flaking. It is 1 3/4" in diameter by 3/16" deep.
