Marked Germany on brass fitting. Flips over to create a stand (SEE picture). Has some condition issues. Some wrinkling of paper under the celluloid and wear to where the hinge connects (SEE closeup). Does not feel loose and is in good working order.   Measures 3 1/2" in diameter.
