Vintage Compact (Possibly Brass w/ Celluloid?) Wrist Strap Chain Painted Detail

Description

We have for sale a vintage compact (possibly brass with a celluloid cover, but I'm not sure) with wrist strap chain.  It has delicate painted detail on the top of the case and a nice etched design on the back. This is from my husband's grandmother's collection and is in used condition. Please look at all pictures and ask questions before purchasing.
