    Sunsesta Sunlight Retractable Awning.
    15 foot wide x 8 foot long (when fully extended) manual retractable heavy-duty awning. Very simple to install with two lag bolt through metal U brackets (u brackets can be removed from awning, drilled to desired location, and awning put back up and secured with metal bracket pins - see photos). Can be installed anywhere you can drill secure lag bolts. All installation brackets and instructions included. Pitch and angle easy to adjust with smart pitch system.
    Brand new Sunbrella (Eastland Redwood) fabric installed $(1860 value) - used one season (twice) before remodeling project forced us to remove it. Has been garage kept for the past year - everything is clean, works great, and is ready to install.
