Rotary International Vintage Powder Box

Up for bid is this
Rotary International Vintage Powder Box
Rotary International can be seen on bottom of box
Top of box is green
The outside of the box appears to be copper but I can’t be sure
The mirror is cloudy.
If you depress the mirror, you can access the powder.
The box still contains powder
To refill the powder well, remove the bottom of the box then remove the button marked “remove to refill”.
It doesn’t open for me but I haven’t tried prying it up.
