Foreign buyers must agree to pay any additional postage and handling costs to ship items to their country and are also responsible for any customs fees or duties assessed at the point of entry in their country.  Because of the recent, significant increase in International Shipping Rates, we have switched from shipping with Padded Envelopes to Flat Manila Envelopes in order to utilize the lowest First Class International Shipping Rates available and have managed to keep the shipping costs down to about where they were prior to the increase.  Most Foreign Shipments average around .00 for the first ounce and increase by around {{detail_product_description}}.70 for each additional ounce.  However, rates do vary and sometimes significantly from one country to another.
