    Description

A very scarce if not rare November 2, 1926, General Election Bag, Honolulu, Hawaii.
In 1926 Hawaii was a US Territory until Hawaii became a US State in 1959.
The cloth bag was probably used to carry election ballots.  The cloth bag was to be returned to Raymond C. Brown, Secretary of Hawaii in Honolulu.
    The seam of the large
cloth bag has been opened at the edge
and the bag is fully opened out flat.
The fully opened the bag is 32 x 36 inches in size.  This bag was discovered on the Big Island of Hawaii many years ago.  The bag states
    “GENERAL ELECTION,
    NOVEMBER 2, 1926,
    RETURN TO RAYMOND C. BROWN,
SECRETARY OF HAWAII, CAPITOL BUILDING, HONOLULU”
The cloth bag has a couple small spots and otherwise is in nice condition.
