"Paris-Presse"
Paris-Presse is a former French daily newspaper, published in Paris, which existed from 1944 to 1970.
It was created by Philippe Barrès (1896-1975), with Ève Curie (1904-2007), daughter of Marie Curie.
They run the newspaper together until 1949.
The first issue appeared on November 13, 1944. He stands in second position behind France-Soir.
In 1948, it became Paris-Presse-L'Intransigeant.
In 1948 Gaston Bonheur became its editor.
In 1951, suffering from competition with France Soir, he transformed under the impulse of Max Corre.
In 1965, it was only an edition of France-Soir. He saw many of his feathers leave (Gilbert Guilleminault at L'Aurore; as did Philippe Bernert, Anne Manson ...) then he was absorbed by France-Soir.
The formula finally disappeared in 1970.
