We carve everyday in our shop and try to get these shipped in 3-5 business days from the time of order.
The paver is a tumbled finish to give it a worn appearance. This along with the fact that this is concrete this will be more of a rustic finish stone with engraving that will not be as clean as our river rocks or granite.
We ship these stones in USPS priority mail. We have been so for many years now. Please understand the boxes take a beating by the carriers but we have found through our experience of literally shipping 10's of thousands of these that how we pack and how we ship is by far the best method. That said we still hear about how boxes arrive beaten up with the stones fine. If you need the box to arrive in the best condition possible we can set a listing for you that foam packs the stone to custom size. The box will still show wear but will look the best it can on arrival. The cost of this adds 22.80 to any river stone. We have had only 3 of these type stones ever be damaged from the shipping process.
USPS has over the last year has lost about .5 packages out of 100. So this can happen- tracking is provided and if your stone has not arrived in 3-4 days check tracking and let us know. If they have lost your package we will replace and file the claim.
If for any reason other than damage you just do not like your stone we will always refund 100% of your cost just ship the stone back. We strive to make sure everyone is happy with their purchase. The objective is to create a lasting memorial for you pet.
