This comes personalized with your dog's Breed, Name and the Birth and Death year on the side in the bones.
Made in the USA by my Husband and I in our small work shop and we take pride knowing our items are beautiful, quality pieces.
This is one of our original designs and you won't find it anywhere else. It is designed to be put on a patio stone and then lay flat on the ground at your pets resting place. This design allows you to mow the area without moving the memorial.
This can be mounted on a patio stone (NOT Included) with bolts or secured to the stone using an adhesive like epoxy.

Measures Approximately:
16 1/2" Tall X 18" Wide
"Forever" is located under the name between the paws and the saying "In Our Hearts" is located at the bottom.

To Personalize Include The Following:
Your pet's breed, name, up to 12 characters (be sure it is spelled correctly).
Include the birth year and the year of death
Your color choice from the list below
Include this info in your Paypal payment in the message seller section
You can also send the info to us using eBay's messages
If you want holes drilled for bolting onto a patio stone (STONE NOT INCLUDED), let us know otherwise there will not be drilled holes.

The unused item must be returned in the same condition that you received it in.  All parts must be included and the item needs to be packed safely and returned insured.  Original Shipping costs are not refunded. If your item had free shipping, the cost of actual shipping to you will be deducted from the refund.
