Material: 3/4-Inch Maple Ply -- or other hardwood ply as is available.
Note: At times, red oak ply may not be available but will substitute with either white oak or birch ply.

Inside Dimensions: 1.5 inches less than outside dimensions (40.5 x 24.5 x 12.5)

This is a project kit for building a pet coffin.  Printed assembly instructions are included as well as hardware.  All parts cut to size.  All hardware is provided.  Printed assembly instructions show step-by-step how to complete this item.
Tools needed: Electric screwdriver.  Wood glue is recommended but not required.
Assembly time: Approximately 15 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on skill level.

This product is made in the USA. Different sizes are available to fit your pet, so if you need a larger size, please ask.
No finish is applied to this product.  However, you can apply a linseed oil finish to the outside if you wish, or spray lacquer.
Product notes: This kit is made at the time it is ordered.
Assembly method:
1. Build the frame which consists of side panels, end panels.
2. Attach the bottom panel to the frame, which forms a box.
3. The last step is to attach the top panel to seal the pet coffin.
Material Notes: This kit is made from hardwood ply, which will break down over time after the coffin is buried.  If you apply a few coats of clear finish, or spray enamel ( Krylon or Rustoleum), it will not break down as fast once it is in the ground.
