    Vintage 6X8 original photograph signed in black fountain pen ink by J. Benedict Chifley.  In excellent condition.
    (1885-1951) Joseph Benedict Chifley was an Australian politician who served as the 16th prime minister of Australia from 1945 to 1949. He held office as the leader of the Australian Labor Party (ALP) from 1945, following the death of John Curtin on 5 July, until his own death in 1951.
