This is a HO Scale Nickel Plate Road Flat Car 3048.
It is marked on bottom PENN LINE.
Unknown year of manufacture. It is used and shows the effects of use and age. It may have missing or broken parts.
I’m not a train person so I don’t know what it is supposed to look like if complete.
What I do see is: some fading of color, missing paint on corners, edges, and top.
It could also use a good cleaning.
Car is black and made of metal. Car is approximately
5 1/2” long, approximately 5/8” tall.
