I believe this is suede, but it could be a faux suede.  I am not sure how to tell.
The interior is a suede too I believe.  It could be fabric. We have varying opinions. lol
There is a heavy duty zipper on the back, brass, and it works. You cannot see it obviously when you are wearing it as it lays against your clothing or skin.
The strap is braided fabric and dark in color, perhaps dark brown or black.
The snap is black. You only see the silver of the snap underside when the pouch is opened.
The bag is various shades of brown. The interior is brown fabric or suede.
There is a double stitched seam on the flap, visible on the back.
Pouch is about 5.5 inches wide, 6.5 inches tall.
The strap is about 25 inches drop.
Can be worn cross body or around the neck.
Can be worn under a garment to hide money.
