The poem is laser etched and can be done with gold or silver text. Although the plates are made of durable black aluminum, these are not recommended for outdoor use, as the gold color may fade if left in direct sunlight and also the plate could become scratched. It is ideal for framing, where you can place the poem on one side, and your pet’s picture on the other. The plate has pressure sensitive adhesive on the back, so you just peel and stick. These also make a beautiful and heartfelt gift for someone you know that is grieving.
The poem can be done in singular or plural version, replacing the words "we" with the word "I" and vice versa. Email me if you want this change to be done.
Your pet's name and date of death will be engraved on the plate. If your pet's name was five letters or less, we can put it inside the heart shape, if desired. For pets with names that had six or more letters, the name and date will be engraved in the lower right corner.
How to send engraving information:
Please include your pet’s engraving information when making the purchase. Please be sure to check your email once you have made the purchase in case there are questions with the engraving. Failure to respond to emails or not sending engraving information may result in your order being cancelled as shipping time is relevant. Email me with any questions.

2. Date of Death (2 digit format 00/00/00)
