Warranty and Return Policy
All items listed for sale by Rochester Industrial Services, Inc. come with a 24-hour, "No Questions Asked" return  privilege.  If you receive an item from Rochester Industrial and are not completely satisfied for any reason, call for a Return Merchandise Authorization within 24 hours of receipt, certify that the item has not been tampered with or altered in any way, and you can send it back for a full refund of the price paid. You will be responsible for any return shipment costs.
After the initial 24-hour period, you will have the benefit of  Rochester Industrial's one-year limited warranty.  The item will be repaired, replaced or have the purchase price refunded at Rochester Industrial's sole discretion.
