    Description

    The bag on the right in the main picture is made with Cairns.  The other bag is made with Painted Cotton.  The pattern is free with the purchase of at least 2 balls of Cairns.
    Queensland Collection is one of my favorite brands from KFI.  The first yarn I ever carried from this distributor was a Queensland Collection yarn.  They produce a wide array of yarns for all tastes and budgets.  Cairns has been a summer staple ever since it was introduced about 6 years ago.
    This yarn is worsted weight with a blend of 60% cotton and 40% acrylic.  Each 100 gram ball contains 190 yards.  This yarn is offered at each.  The recommended stitch gauge is as follows:
    Knitting Gauge:  18 stitches over 4 inches on US size 8 needles
    Crochet Gauge:  11-14 SC over 4 inches on size H8 hook
