This  auction is for  beautifully designed  COMPACT  which comes with a clean, perfectly fitting BLISS Powder Puff.   There are no further makers marks to identify this piece.   In any event --  This lovely BLUE Enamel oval shaped compact features a Rose Guilloche  and measures   2-3/4" wide  by  2-1/8",  measurements are approx.  High quality - great workmanship !!   The closures  "snap" close crisply, and the mirror is clear.     Well Made and beautifully designed.   Item is  in  good preowned  / vintage
