Cylinder measures 3" in diameter x 8-1/2" tall.
Shaft measures 1" in diameter.
Has a 4-1/2" rise.
Bottom mounting holes are 3-1/2" on center.
Bottom center hub measures 2-3/4"
There is minor surface rust from storage, but it is not on the chrome.
