Antique Pre-war Yamaguchi Bicycle possibly military for restoration

Super cool old bike, definitely not something you see every day. Brought home by a WW2 veteran and then sat in his basement for many decades. Between its origin and olive drab color I wonder if it was a military bike, I’ll leave it to the buyer to decide. Some parts held up better than other because it was wrapped in like a rice paper, still plenty that needs to be removed. Wheels are rusty, tires flat, front brake pads are rotted off but drum brake works, leather seat is great and plenty supple, just a great rare collectible project bike. Very original, even the pedals are yamaguchi. If I can’t get the starting bid at the very least, I’ll consider restoring it myself. Though it’s local pickup I can drive it within a reasonable distance for a reputable freight company Or bring it to you for the right cash offer for delivery.
