    ANTIQUE 1800s ORIGINAL BRASS ILLINOIS STATE CAPITAL STATE SEAL DOORKNOB
    Welcome to my auction for this amazing estate fresh find!  This is an original antique brass doorknob from the Illinois State Capitol building.  It was removed during a renovation many years ago and I purchased it from a former Legislative official who had it in his collection for many decades.  The knob has the State of Illinois seal with the eagle and shield.  The knob measures approx. 2.25" across.  It is in good condition as shown in the multiple photo views.
