Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for open or damaged items, depending on the condition. Returns of items purchased that are the result of our error will be recieve a full refund of the item as well as shipping charges. Returns of items purchased that are not the result of our error may be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
We may give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping charge, and the actual return shipping fee.
Buyer will be responsible to pay the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and a 15% restocking fee if we receive an Oversized Item return.
Most our shipments ship out within 24 hours from our California warehouse.
We use wide range of shipping companies for each available shipping method. We will select the safest and most appropriate shipping method based on the item and your shipping address. Oversized items may be shipped by freight.
All items shipped within the Continental US will include tracking information. This information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Special Note about P.O. Boxes. Some items are too large to ship to a P.O. Box, and will require a physical address. If we are unable to ship to a listed P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternate address.
