1980 Checker Marathon Taxi. #21 of the original Coca-cola "Surge" taxi's. New paint, new battery, new alternator, new carpet, new tires.The car was hydro blasted to remove all old paint and to ensure that there was no body filler. Replacement panels were installed, dents removed, interior refurbished.As with all cars this age it does have a few minor quirks. The headlights don't turn on. Carb is probably due for a good service. Overall the car runs and drives with no major issues. There have been some previous repairs to the floor and the spare tire area in the trunk. I noticed a little bit of seepage around the transmission pan. New gasket included but not installed.All the gauges work. There is a stereo, however it is not hooked up.I have a clean title in my name.
