For sale is a complete running rust free 1975 Bricklin. This car has 41,000 actual original miles. This car was bought new here in California and has remained here all of its life. These cars were only made for 2 years in Canada and were unique gull wing cars that were compared at the time to the Corvette. I acquired this car from a friend and it was a true barn find. The fiberglass exterior was in decent condition except for the passenger side door which had cracked and separated. Believe it or not...I located an original new old stock orange (safety red) panel that can be installed on the car to replace the broken original. We recently got it running and it runs smoothly and quietly with no knocks, noises or other issues. The gas tank will need to be dropped and cleaned but I have a new sending unit and seal for it. I also have a new back glass and seal and I have the belt moldings new. The pneumatic doors will need some attention. When I brought this car home it home generated a lot of interest from passers by...it is really unique. I am selling it because we are moving out of California and I will not be able to take it to our new home (no room). This is a great opportunity for an easy restoration project for someone with a little time. Because it is all Ford running gear (351 Cleveland with a C-4 transmission) it is easy to work on and get parts for. Additionally, their is a great resource in Southern, California, whio has containers of NOS parts for these cars. We want this car to go to a good home.
