This is a 1952 Chicago Schwinn built frame & Forks
Frame also has schwinn logo on seat tube
Notice the weld near the seat post/frame area where it appears a whizzer engine was installed.

Tank is a 1998 schwinn reproduction tank. The horn worked this spring and is not currently working. Maybe battery?
This bicycle is not all original, but with new paint and the rest of the whizzer parts that are not included in this sale,  it appears to me that it could be put together to represent a pretty close to period correct- Visually, 50's Whizzer build. Im not expert, but I do have a intermediate ammount of experiance with schwinn bicycles of this period.
Do your research and ask any questions you may have before bidding. Bicycle is being sold as-is as a Liberty badge Schwinn made whizzer compatable frame w rat rod build from the late 40's to early 50's era (also consider the 98 reproduction tank).
