    This item is a campaign token from the unsuccessful 1912 campaign by Republican Chester W. Church for the office of Illinois Secretary of State.  The obverse features a bust of Church and the words
    A NEW DEAL
    .  The other side has the words
    CHESTER W. CHURCH  REPUBLICAN FOR SECRETARY OF STATE
    .  At the bottom rim of this side is the name of the manufacturer - Greenduck.  This item measures approximately 26 mm (1") in diameter
    and appears to be composed of bronze.
    This item is in very good condition, with light wear, toning, and soiling.
