    17' Sunsetter Motorized Retractable Awning. This is the Platinum Series - Motorized Extend and Retract as well as Manual Crank feature. Wind Activated Auto-Retract Sensor, LED light strips, 3 years into a 10 year Warranty on Fabric. NO rips or tears and everything works as designed. It is now off the house and in storage. Setup and installation will be the Buyer's responsibility although it is a pretty simple project as long as you have helpers. I'm installing something more permanent.
